The NOTES

Orbit Audio is one of the premiere studios on the West Coast and the crown jewel of the Emerald City with the installation of our SSL 4056 G/G+ Series console (with moving faders). SSL consoles have mixed more gold and platinum records than all the other consoles put together. We are proud to have the most accurate and best-sounding control room in Seattle. We have the microphones, vintage pre-amps and tape machines that give music life; providing depth and breadth unachievable on current electronics and bringing together new school (Pro Tools HD) and old school (Neve, Neumann, Studer). Studio instruments: yes, coveted classics procured over decades - available for use for free - every day.

The RHYTHM

Leave the hustle and bustle of Pioneer Square and be transformed with our Zen-like atmosphere. Lighting, wonderful furnishings and sense of peace. Come here to be your best.

The MUSIC

The engineers and producers on our staff are also talented musicians and lyricists (with gold records and major recording deals on their resume). We have decades of experience but bring more to the music. Vision, insight, and inspiration set us apart. We are happy to announce that Mix magazine featured Orbit Audio in their August 2011 issue.

The PASSION

Bringing vibe and sound quality together in all aspects of the studio's rooms, clients can have a unique experience while making their records. Your project is very important to us, all are welcome here - new artists, seasoned pros, freelance engineers and producers. A lot of studios make good recordings. We produce passionate recordings.
We have interwoven the equipment, ambience, and experience
necessary to bring out the best in you and your music.

Come hear the difference!
